1. Digital Product Refunds
We proudly offer a 60-day, no-questions-asked refund guarantee on all digital courses, masterclasses, and online products purchased directly through our website.
To request a refund:
- Email support@globalhappinessproject.com within 60 days of purchase.
- Use the subject line “Refund Request.”
- Include the email address used at checkout so we can locate your order quickly.
Once approved, your full refund will be issued promptly. Please note that access to the course or product will end once the refund is processed.
2. Physical Product Returns (If Applicable)
If you ever receive a damaged or unsatisfactory physical item, let us know right away at support@globalhappinessproject.com.
- Returns are accepted within 60 days of purchase.
- Items must be returned in full, in their original condition, and include the packing slip.
- Once received, condition will be verified and we’ll process a refund.
- For U.S. orders, we’ll cover the return shipping cost so you can send items back stress-free.
- For international orders, return shipping costs must be covered by the customer.
3. Duplicate Orders or Technical Issues
If you accidentally placed a duplicate order or experienced a payment issue, please notify us within 4 hours of your order. We’ll do our best to correct it and issue a full refund.
Please note that for physical items, our fulfillment process is automated, and we can’t guarantee we’ll catch the issue before the item ships. We strive to respond to all support tickets within 48 hours, but depending on timing, the order may already have been processed.
4. Disputes & Resolution
If you feel a refund has not been handled fairly, please reach out directly. As outlined in our Terms of Service, we follow a pre-arbitration process that includes open communication and a video meeting before any formal steps.
